File Properties (Bulk)

Bulk File Properties Editor

When you right click on a folder in the Asset Tree, one of the possible Actions is called File Properties (Bulk). Click on this and you'll be presented with a list of all the files (if any) in this folder.

You can edit  each file's Link title and file summary. The editor is useful if you have several files to edit. Rather than editing them one by one, the Bulk Editor shows all the files on screen together. To use the editor 

• Select the file you want to work on by clicking the Edit command on the far right.
• Modify whichever details you want to change. Only the  Link title and file summary can be modified.
• When you've finished editing the file properties, click save or cancel. Save saves your changes, and Cancel cancels them. Once you've saved/cancelled, you can move to another file by selecting Edit again.
