Approve a participant

Participants can be added to the directory but before they can be associated with events they have to be approved.

To see a list of participants that are awaiting approval:

  1. In the Directory area of the Manage tab, click Participants.
  2. In the Approve Participants section click Get List.
  3. Find on the list the participant that you want to check for approval and click Edit.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick Approved.
  5. Click Update.
