Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are a useful way to provide users with information without them having to make direct contact with you.
A group of related FAQs is stored in a FAQ module.
A FAQ page displays all the FAQs in a module.
Implementing FAQs in Sitekit is a three-step process.
- Create the FAQ Module with Configure>>FAQs.
- Populate the FAQ with Manage>>FAQs.
- Deploy the FAQ by turning the Page Properties of a Page from Editorial Page to FAQ Page.
Note that you can use Manage>>FAQ's to continuously update the deployed FAQ with new FAQs.
