Reviews & Review Reminders

Reviews are a great way to set up reminders to check and update content of your website that might become stale in the future. Examples of this might be:

• A policy document that needs to be updated annually.
• A special promotion that ends on a certain date and mentions need to be removed from your pages.
• An image or logo that needs to be replaced in the future.

From v12, review reminders can be set for every kind of asset, not just pages, and can also be set for posts. You will receive email reminders in the few days before the review is scheduled to be completed.

You can set up a review in the properties of the asset/post and add a review note to remind you what needs to be done.

On the ribbon menu in the admin system, you will see a red badge indicating whether you have reviews due.

Clicking through to the Reviews screen, will allow you to view all the reviews that are allocated to you.

You can also see reviews assigned to other users that are overdue or imminent. This will allow you to take action if important review dates are missed by other admin users.
