Posts and workflow

Posts and post types support workflow.

The application and set up of workflow are as for pages and is summarised below.

1. When configuring a post or a post type they are assigned to a specific asset class.
2. The asset class can be configured to adopt a work flow scheme.
3. Once adopted any edits or changes to the relevant posts will be incorporated in the workflow that that asset class uses.

There is additional flexibility in the posts system because while an overarching asset class (and hence workflow scheme)  can be adopted for all posts of a particular post type the applied asset class can be overridden on an individual post basis.
