Amongst the many symptoms which are put down to heavy cacheing on the NHS Network, we get this problem when we go to insert a link to another page. Looks like the fieldnames rather than user prompts. If you press on insert (without entering anything), it usually comes back with the proper text. It does frustrate the users. (I would have shown you it, but no write permission to upload folder).
