Support for GDPR

The CMS in 11.1 adds new functionality to support GDPR specific tasks.

A new GDPR report has been added on the ribbon menu in the reports tab. This report allows you to enter any email address in the search box to get a report listing the information we hold about them. The report will list where in your site you're holding information on that person and (where possible) there are links to the relevant part of the CMS that allows that entry to be viewed or deleted in a single click

You can also access GDPR specific information from the User or Members screen, as an action for any single person.

There is a button that allows the user's data to be viewed as XML.

Access to the GDPR tab and the ability to erase records are set in group right

The data being searched and potentially erased is as follows:

• Users/Members
• Mailing Lists/Channel Subscriptions
• Form Submissions
• Posts
• Secure User Store
• Old Events.
• Old Guestbooks
• Directory Pro (Events, Participants, Locations)
• Asset History / Audit Trail.
