Approve a participant
Participants can be added to the directory but before they can be associated with events they have to be approved.
To see a list of participants that are awaiting approval:

In the Directory area of the Manage tab, click Participants.
- In the Approve Participants section click Get List.
- Find on the list the participant that you want to check for approval and click Edit.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tick Approved.
- Click Update.
