If your implementation of Sitekit involved bespoke work,  the administration of the customised elements will be controlled from this section - Manage Custom Databases.

Unfortunately, because the exact nature of this bespoke work will vary from site to site, it isn't possible to provide you with any generic help . You will need to contact your Site Administrator to obtain site-specific documentation.
